Share Class - Allfunds

Share Class is a fund analysis tool launched by in November 2018. I allow comparing funds based on 3 criteria:

Share Class-Allfunds offer funds allows to easily comply with MiFID II requirements. In many cases, fund managers have created up to more than 10 classes for a single mutual fund with is a headache for the that legally must consider all share classes when selecting the best one available for its client. Through Share Class, fund selectors have access to a comprehensive solution with information of 80,000 share classes of mutual funds and would be able to compare all the available classes.

Moreover, the tool helps to sort out funds based on characteristics such as minimums, currency, whether it covers currency or not if it is accumulation or distribution fund if the fund is in soft or hard-close and all the information selectors deem necessary to make a decision. Finally, they offer the possibility of exporting all the data, to facilitate the work of the users.

Eagle Eye – Pedro Marazuela, Director of Operations

Eagle Eye is the fund selection tool developed by 360 Fund Insight, a company that specializes in good governance solutions in the selection of investment funds, and that incorporates the necessary functionality for proper regulatory compliance. The tool allows you to select the best available cheapest class. The user has to select the ISIN or the name of the fund, and the tool shows all existing classes. The tool highlights in green, the cheapest class, within those available to the customer. If there are cheaper classes, but with higher minimums, it highlights them in red.

This is the big difference from its competitors, as 360 Fund Insight is not a distributor or collects retrocessions or any type of commission, there are no conflict of interest.  Therefore, the tool does not hide any class, hence providing ground for better execution, without breaching of MiFID II. The first question that the user has to ask before acquiring a fund is: do I have all the information on all the available classes of this fund? The information that Eagle Eye shows is all the information that appears in the fund's brochure, which we can separate in the following sections:

It already operates with two free platforms in Switzerland and Hong Kong and provides tailored-made tech solutions to financial institutions worldwide on their selection and advisory processes. Through this tool, the Spanish professional will be able to access the information of more than 85,000 funds from more than 570 fund managers.

The platform shows the traditional product information, such as profitability and risk ratios, fund details, portfolio and commission summary. But it goes further and includes the complete documentation of the fund (for example, fact sheets, KIIDs, reports annual, etc.). The main difference compared to other tools is matching the suitability of the product for a different type of client; which provides guidance on whether a fund/share class can be contracted by a given investor in a given context.

Developed exclusively for the Spanish market, Investment Navigator will introduce new functionality that allows identifying the cheapest and most suitable classes of shares for different types of investors. The tool will be an identifier of those kinds of cheaper funds, and will also allow access to:
