Franklin Templeton has announced the completion of its acquisition of BNY Alcentra Group Holdings.

The new ETF will track the EU Climate Benchmark PAB and MSCI China Climate Paris-Aligned Indices and includes large and mid-cap Chinese equity securities.
The fund will list on the Deutsche Börse Xetra (XETRA) on 22 March and the London Stock Exchange (LSE) and Borsa Italiana on 23 March.
