OFI AM has just been awarded a new ISR (SRI) labels, raising its number of SRI-certified funds to 20, covering the money-market, government and corporate bond, equity, diversified and convertible bond asset classes. This official label was created by the ministerial order of 8 January 2016 and is sponsored by the French Ministry of Finances. It allows investors to identify funds that support companies that have adopted the best practices and that contribute to a sustainable economy.
The ISR (SRI) label certifies that financial and ESG objectives are defined and described precisely for investors and that ESG criteria are taken into account in the construction of the portfolio and then throughout its lifetime. Implementation of the ESG research methodology is also verified and certified, along with transparency of fund management, the existence of an engagement and voting policy, and the measurement of the ESG management’s positive impacts on the development of a sustainable economy.
EY France, one of the official labelling bodies, evaluated and verified that the OFI Financial Investment – RS Euro Credit Short Term(1) fund meets the SRI label’s standards before awarding it. This fund is also classified “Article 8”, based on the SFDR regulation. OFI AM deploys its SRI strategy in all asset classes and types of management to offer investment solutions that aim to help finance a positive and responsible economy, while generating financial returns for investors. This is a strategy that aims to pay off for everyone.
