Jupiter is pleased to launch the Jupiter Global Sustainable Equities Fund SICAV, a mirror fund of the UK onshore vehicle of the same name, opening up Jupiter’s innovative Global Sustainable Equities strategy to international investors. Managed by Jupiter’s Sustainable Investing team, led by Head of Sustainable Investing Abbie Llewellyn-Waters, the strategy looks to identify high quality global companies that are leading the transition to a more sustainable world, embedding ESG considerations throughout the investment process.
“At Jupiter we are constantly looking to broaden and open up our product offering where possible to meet client demand. In Spain, we have detected a strong demand for sustainably managed portfolios among clients of all types. Therefore, being able to offer this new fund in the Spanish market gives us a great opportunity to move towards a future of increasingly green and socially responsible investments.”Félix de Gregorio, Head of Iberia at Jupiter AM
At the heart of the Jupiter Global Sustainable Equities strategy are companies that consistently balance the needs of three key stakeholders: Planet, People, and Profit. The fund looks to enhance returns by investing in companies that manage their businesses for the long term, and is aligned to the UN Sustainable Development Goals framework, the United Nations Global Compact and the Paris-aligned goal of a net zero economy by 2050. The fund is active, highly liquid and differentiated with an attractive risk profile. It is a high conviction, concentrated portfolio of approximately 35-45 companies with low carbon exposure that are listed globally.
A proprietary annual Impact Report provides a detailed view of the positive environmental and social impact the strategy’s invested capital delivers.

“Sustainability is a long-term structural opportunity that has been hurtled to the fore by the COVID pandemic. To deliver a more regenerative form of capitalism, it is important to have a broad focus across three core stakeholders: Planet, People, and Profit. We think companies that deliver positive outcomes across those core stakeholders are better positioned to deliver attractive returns over the long term.
“Transitioning to a more sustainable world is the key priority for our fund and against the unprecedented backdrop of the last few years we are encouraged to have provided meaningful outcomes for investors.”Abbie Llewellyn-Waters, Head of Sustainable Investing
