Capital Strategies Partners the entity founded and led by Daniel Rubio – which celebrates its 20th anniversary this year – is reinforcing its organization by adding Nicholas Burdett as Head of Products & Research. Until January of this year, he was responsible for advising ultra-high net worth clients at Standard Chartered Private Bank in London. His hiring involves the creation of a new role; he will chair the products committee, will be responsible for monitoring the current product offering, communicating with investors and assisting in adapting products to the relevant regulatory, operational and fiscal requirements.

He will report to Daniel Rubio, Partner and CEO. Mr. Burdett, who joins the Madrid office, holds an MA in Modern Languages from the University of Oxford (Lincoln College), a Master in Finance from the London Business School. Furthermore, he is a Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) and Chartered Alternative Investment Analyst (CAIA) Charterholder. He has been involved in Investment Advisory for more than 10 years at leading firms such as Quilvest Wealth Management (Zurich), J.P. Morgan Private Bank and Banque Lombard Odier (Geneva). Married and with a son, he was born in Madrid in 1978, is trilingual and has a dual citizenship: Spanish and Swiss.
